This is a very highly modified version of the
momus cnc router. Rather than a wood base,
the builder has constructed a base out of
thick aluminum plate. He has also
consolidated many of the individual aluminum
linear motion parts together, and constructed
them as castings, using a lost-foam process.
Ambitious and very robust.
